and Vectra Limited, UK. Terex Vectra is in the
business of manufacturing and sale of construction
equipment.

is the 3rd largest Construction Equipment
manufacturer in the world. A diversified global
company, Terex had 2005 revenue of $6.4billion
(approx.). Terex operates in business segments of
Construction, Cranes, Aerial Work Platforms,
Materials Processing & Mining, and
Road-building, Utility Products etc. Terex
manufactures a broad range of equipment for use in
various industries, including the construction,
infrastructure, quarrying, surface mining, shipping,
transportation, refining, and utility industries.
Vectra
is
a diverse global group of companies whose activities
include manufacture of construction equipment,
trucks, buses and automotive parts. Vectra group is
also involved in the offshore helicopter industry
and commodity trading. The Vectra Group
headquartered in UK includes 18 companies in 6
countries. It has eight manufacturing facilities in
Eastern Europe and India set up through joint
ventures and investments.
The
JV of these two global players, Terex Vectra has
set up a world-class manufacturing facility
on a 36-acre site at Greater Noida in UP, where the
company manufactures backhoe loaders and skid steer
loaders. Terex Vectra utilizes some of the most
modern manufacturing machinery and techniques, some
of which are used in Indian construction equipment
industry for the first time. Investment into modern
technology like CLOOS welding robots for welding of
chassis and structural components, Shot-blasting and
Auto-phorotic techniques for cleaning and painting
processes have ensured that the quality of equipment
manufactured by Terex Vectra has the same consistent
quality even at rapidly increasing volumes.
The
company has developed a wide and effective dealership
network across country for Sales and Aftercare
of the products. These 31 Terex Vectra dealerships
have facilities with 60 branch offices employing
company trained, experienced workforce and large
stocks of parts for upkeep of Terex Vectra products
working anywhere in the country.

Backhoe Loader-
A powerful, heavy duty machine designed for higher
performance productivity at lower operating costs.
TX760 has already proven its superiority and
reliability to over 1200 of its users. A very large
number of these buyers have come back to add more TX
760s to their fleets, impressed by its higher
productivity in excavation as well as Loading /
dozing applications. In the year 2004-05 the company
had sold 139 machines, while in the year 2005-06
over 391 units were sold. In 2006-07 Terex Vectra is
expected to sell over 1000 backhoes. The fast sharp
growth shows the confidence its users have quickly
developed in Terex Vectra TX 760 backhoe loader. TX
760 is the next generation backhoe loader, latest

Heman 175 Skid Steer Loader
