Terex Vectra is one of the first few Construction Equipment manufacturers in the country to introduce Robotic welding in the country. First of the two robots being commissioned at Terex Vectra has been deployed on manufacturing of Booms & Dippers for the TX760 Backhoe Loader. The other robot is being commissioned for Chassis manufacturing. These are 9 axes robots and can weld almost in all the positions and gives better penetration as compared to manual welding.

Robot does the welding as per the drawing, it gives exact fillets at all the positions especially in circular profiles welding.
